Not everyone is ready to completely take the plunge and go roughing it in the woods with just their backpacks and what they can fit in them, and we get that! That’s why we offer camping cabins in Gatlinburg TN for those who want to camp but may be a little hesitant to pitch a tent.
Here are 5 reasons our camping cabins in Gatlinburg TN are perfect for new campers!
1. Our cabins can sleep a small family comfortably
Sometimes when you go camping, you have a decently sized group with you. It can be annoying to have to pack multiple tents so that everyone has somewhere to sleep. That’s what makes our camping cabins in Gatlinburg TN so great! Our regular camping cabins have a queen size bed with a twin over top of it, bunk bed style. Our Flint Rock cabin can sleep up to 6 people, and it comes with a few more luxuries than the regular cabins.
2. You will have access to the river
One of the fun things about camping is using the natural waterways to cool off. When you stay in our Flint Rock cabin, you will have access to the Flint Rock swimming hole thanks to your back deck. Swimming holes are fun because you get to jump into a naturally occurring pool! Our regular camping cabins in Gatlinburg TN have access to the river that runs next to the campground, so make sure to bring your bathing suit along to enjoy the mountain water!
3. You’ll still get that camping feel
Sure, you’ve got electricity and running water, but you will still get that awesome camping feel when you stay in our camping cabins! You can use the fire pits and cook your food that way — because everyone know the best hot dogs are cooked over a fire! You can open all the windows of the cabin to let fresh air in and to get that awesome dew smell on your clothes when you wake up in the morning.
4. You’ll get to use all the amenities of the campground
Just because you are staying in our camping cabins in Gatlinburg TN doesn’t mean that you don’t get to use all our other amenities! You will be able to use the game room, the picnic pavilion, the camp store and complimentary wifi! You might make some new friends at the picnic pavilion, and if you have kids with you they will absolutely love the game room for when they get bored of swimming or playing outside.
5. Our camping cabins are pet friendly
Our campground is pet friendly itself, but so are the camping cabins! We only ask that you follow our rules and regulations with your pet. Pets are not permitted to sleep in the beds or be on the furniture in our Flint Rock cabin, which is the bigger of our cabins.
